Orienteering in augmented reality using Google Cardboard.
You can use either a two-eyes view to use with Google Cardboard, or a single-eye view if you don’t have a Google Cardboard.
You can either select to use a course created by the app ‘GPS Orienteering’ or let the app generate 5 random virtual control points near your current position.
A compass is shown at the bottom of the screen. Initialize the compass sensor by pointing the phone up towards the sky and move it in a figure 8 motion.
Note! Remove the magnetic ring from Google Cardboard, otherwise it will disturb the compass sensor.
